There is no point of keeping someone, who wants to leave.

Every body has to get paid, to live, to eat and take care of their families. That is a matter of-course. I am not expecting the directors to work for free and I can state for the records, I VOTE YES for Remuneration. I own about 11.2M shares.

There is no need to make such threat during any AGM or election. Totally un-necessary!

It is almost like holding the voters on ransom, by saying: vote for us or we will all walk out.

Forming a New BOD

Assuming, all Directors will quit, what will happen to the company?

Will the company go into receivership?

OR

Will the company select a new BOD? How does the process work?

Does any of the existing directors, possess any technical knowledge? Is it a pre-requisite that they must have a profound knowledge or expertise in this field?

With the greatest respect, the report was so badly compiled, may be it was written by someone whose English is their not second language?

Is there any-one in the team that can proof-read the report before publishing it?

Say YES to remuneration!

Evidently, the share-price is still holding firm at 2.6 cents. Meaning, there is someone in the company still buying more and more, whenever mums and and dads are selling! Citi Group may be? Their total shares seem to climb up to the top somehow.

I hate to be this guy saying i told you so but all you fools have been telling me to shut up for over a year now and wouldn't be here bagholding if you were able to listen to some contrarian view points.

Whats worse is you are now praying for the tantrum directors to stay because you have nothing left to hope for in the company other then them milking it dry for another year.
