im of the opinion the sales pool is being brought up, as the AGM is the only venue to get it approved without calling another general meeting. i.e. this is the first opportunity to do so and DM has probably been thinking about it since moving into the chairman role. I also believe there are no offers at present, id be surprised if anyone outside 4DS, IMEC and maybe HGST have seen any data from the latest batch.
