I saw in the annual report that Ting is down for 10% of the SBP which means that assuming the DM and HD proposals get up at the AGM then between those 2, Guido and Ting that is 50% of the SBP allocated. Not overly clear what they would do with the other 50% - it's not as if there are 10 other senior management staff to include! Joseph Tzou is one I know of but I think he might be a 'consultant'.

Regardless, the SBP only comes into play if they sell it so assuming they don't let someone pick it up for a song then all SH will do well out of an exit and good luck to the 4DS team in those circumstances.
