They would need to explain why this is necessary before I vote ‘YES’ . Why would they need to increase ‘shares on offer unless they are planning a future capital raise? Why would they need to do a CR if we currently have about 2 years of funding in the bank ? …… unless 4DS plan on more development work before commercialization !
If the plan has changed where we were to commercialize once we had post megabit array success, then we need to be told this.
I am not holding my breath for an announcement regarding a sale ! …… at least not until the changes in how the ‘bonus pool’ is going to be paid out is ratified at the AGM.
