Not so worried about the bonus pool - that is probably a good thing as we want a sale result - it is this resolution to be able to fundraise up to without coming back to the shareholders lifting it from the cap of 15% to 25% that bothers me. They can only do it if the share cap is under $300M, so don't expect any positive news before then. The reason noted for potentially using it in the next 12 months is "for expanding or accelerating the Company’s existing business activities including to further develop the Company’s Interface Switching ReRam technology and for general working capital." This would be a prudent move if we substantial R & D to do and time was critical - but that is not what we have been told to date. Might be worth a direct question on this to the Investor Hub
