As far as I'm concerned they can have as much bonus as they want - as long as they define an end game that ultimatly benefits everyone (including shareholders). At least let us (shareholders) know why you're doing it (other than 'everyone likes money') <<< probably a fair question for the AGM "What is the underlying strategy behind increasing bonuses for directors (other than the obvious)? Thanks.
