Yes, the company is in a better position than before Chris was recruited. As you are aware, Chris played no role in that, other than to grab some of it for himself.
I agree that how ILA ended up in a liquidity trap is very important and that Chris had nothing to do with it. IMO that doesn't mean that Chris's behaviour in the short time he's been on the Board can be ignored.
