A problem arises when that person is a Director and wasn't a member of the consortium which approached ILA.
Dr T has described on HC what happened. All members of the consortium were scaled back so that poor Chris with zero holding could be spared the indignity of needing to buy on market (and receive no options).
BTW, any RAC holders may be reminded of when JC insisted on being included when Dr T unilaterally approached RAC for a $500K placement. How has that one worked out?
