It would appear that shareholders were incapable of looking at the preclinical and clinical evidence themselves as the SP was stuck between 6c and 7c for months and months.
Given the lemming-like behaviour we have seen over the last week I hate to think where the SP would be if the board hadn’t taken up the offer. I am sure the shareholders would have been very happy to be told that they turn down $3.5m just before the SP went into a nosedive.
