Can't trust these guys on corporate matters. Yes, they're good at holding gold for the long-term, but many of us are good at that.
If we want to lodge proxy votes for upcoming AGM, we have to hand deliver, post or fax - no chance of using modern technology like other ASX companies, or even to email our votes. No, we have to return to the dark ages, which is a space where this BoD seems to inhabit. I can't trust the BoD to (1) only benefit themselves from the proposed employee share scheme; or (2) not find a way of slipping their own votes in somehow. The new Company Secretary is looking as much like a puppet as the puppet Chairman Mr Demis, who is up for election by rotation.
Please just bring on the day when the puppeteer Billis decides that it is time to liquidate and our long wait is over.
