Well yes but if it is via zoom it should be notified to ASX for all. The two things he committed to verbally to me was
1) a full company presentation would be released prior to the agm and
2) zoom would be accessible to all so shareholders could dial in and challenge him
unless this will become a broken promise the only thing I can assume is the company preso will be released this am and include within the release the Zoom details
