interesting they want approval for another 10% placement capacity


considering they just raised cash, need ratification of recent cap raising,


it says alot when a company wants they want the ability to yet again issue 10% more shares if they need to after a big cap raising....

sure like others they will say its for flexibility and just in case, nut those that I have seen in the past that have asked for a reload of their recently used placement capacity, more often than not use it again
