Key concern is they needed extra capital now. It clear the goal post have moved again, as did 2027, 2019. Whatever they are doing with this extension, they are not selling 4ds. If they are selling 4ds they never needed the cash , let alone extra cash. They are not expecting short term revenue either , no licensing deal. Most likely we will get a shock now for few more years development.
