If the tech announcement is just regurgitated vague nothingness that we've been offered up until now, the elephant will be bigger than the room.

At this point I'm having to ask why they need a 25% placement... Is it because we're years out and they're not telling us or do they soothsay we're heading to 5c again? I'm fine with a CR but a 25% dilution RIGHT NOW is an absolute joke.

THE 25% gives wriggle room for possible future developments .A sensible provision that costs us nothing.There is nothing there that should make us look on the dark side.I like your mates Tex and feel they on the right track.
