In my very humble opinion, I think shareholders should wait a bit before casting their votes.

This looks like a very complex mechanism to reach a final transaction.

And if - for example - 25% of the of the votes + 1 vote refuse to approve the 7.1A mandate (resolution 4), this will be enough for this resolution to be repelled (Special resolution = 75% of the votes needed).

Not passing resolution 4 could have unexpected consequences if this ability to make a 25% placement is part of the plan.

I think resolution four is just ordinary business.
The same resolution regarding a 7.1A mandate was in the 2019 AGM notice and nobody objected.
... And they never used it.

But at least, there is a scenario where they could need to create 25% shares to secure a final transaction.
