Hey Toss, resolution 4 has been in every Notice of Upcoming AGM for the last 3-4 years that I went back so I don't see this as saying beyond doubt we need cash. In 2021 it is res 4, in 20 it was res 3, in 19 it was res 5 and so on.

What is more interesting is that this year there is no res to issue any shares in lieu of fees..

But most importantly is res 5 which seeks to adopt a new constitution citing mostly non material amendments but calling out a coupe of material ones.
The most significant of which appears to be related to the current schedule 5 component of the constitution.. What happens in the event of a proportional takeover bid.
As you can see the new provision has all the same caveats as the old which protect the shareholder i.e. a bid can not proceed until it has been voted upon and accepted by the shareholders. But note the wording "Where offers have been made under a proportional "
off-market" bid in respect of a class of securities"
There was no provision for an off market before and now there is.. Some one or some entity hides in the shadows me thinks and possibly has eyes on the tech though nothing material has been discussed or even hinted at just yet...
