The same resolution regarding a 7.1A mandate was in the 2019 AGM notice and nobody objected.
... And they never used it.

But at least, there is a scenario where they could need to create 25% shares to secure a final transaction.

I also think the suspension will continue.
I don't believe they will drop the quarterly on Monday morning followed by a simultaneous technical update.
Suspension to continue as something big brews.
