Of course that reduction in share value exists only in that moment in time. The value of our shares is immediately and constantly being
re-evaluated and depends what they do with the money. If it adds value, or makes us more appealing to more prospective acquirers then having a smaller proportion of a pie that is much bigger in terms of its value will suit me just fine.
