Personally, I don’t see anything exceptional in what you see as dilution and proxy pushing. And I choose to hold any judgment regarding the reasons for the current suspension, until we can understand the background.

I’ve always considered an off-market transaction as the most-likely outcome and while “commercialise” has taken on recent currency, I still see the importance of taking defensive positions in advance - especially against the mega corporations we see as likely acquirers.

But in the long run I trust that we will both end up winners.
