    It's not normal to dilute beyond the more standard 10% level without a very very good reason.

    The interesting aspect of this for me is whether or not the restructured/expanded shareholding (if so) dilutes the sales pool as well.

    I don't think this has been mentioned.

    But if the sales pool remains intact and is the "first skim", then shareholders are but mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed BS.
