Im sometimes left wondering whether or not 4DS need the SP to raise at all in order to meet their strategic goals. If they do have something phenomenal, then surely the slightest piece of evidence would boost the SP, giving the company extra capital when needed. So why even go the cap raise route? Probably because of the NDA (duh).

So this bring me to the conclusion that, perhaps, 4DS doesn't need to care about the shareholders. Not that I think they don't, their interests are out interests in that we all want more money and are prepared risk something in order to get that. But if no extra money is needed, and the SP can't be boosted by news due to the NDA, then a cap raise seems the only option. So I've come to just wait and be patient, and trust in the previous statement of being able to reach the strategic goals without a cap raise as the truth until proven otherwise.
