Dude, loading a question with a sting in the tail is not out of the playbook of winning friends and influencing people. You'll just have the drawbridge pull up on you and you'll get a big red mark on your head that means they won't pick you for further questions.
I don't mean that in the sense you have to suck up to the board, but a simple,"the company's stated goal was to achieve megabit chip or a transaction this year " How far has this deadline pushed back, and what's the justification for the 25% placement provision if we are close to either of those goals?
