Let's say WD agreed for 4usd per share for 10% of ownership. Can the bod accept it without majority shareholders approval? If not, we will be in suspension till AGM. Otherwise they can't just update technical info and say company is valued at $4b for cap raise. SP will shoot beyond $4 and WD or any other potential buyer wouldn't want that.
