Fair to say that remains to be seen!
Most companies on the ASX put in that clause around wanting to add the option of issuing a further 10% to their ability to issue equities in the next year. This is not remotely unusual.
But, they have clearly stated no takeover talks have taken place.
It's still unclear why they need such a long delay to announce a 'technical update' - presumably they are analysing the results of PL3.
Knowledge of any acquisition proposals
As at the date of this Notice of Meeting, no Director is aware of any proposal by any person to acquire, or to increase the extent of, a substantial interest in the Company.
