Not a new clause.

Has to be renewed every three years.
Only things new, imo.
- Nothing about granting shares to JD (asa leaving giff).
- No updated Top 20, as in october 2019 and october 2020 Annual reports
In 2019 and 2020 the Top 20 was updated, compared to provisory annual report of August.
There is always small changes in the top 20 because of changes in retail nominees holdings through large banks account (Citicorp, BNP Paribas, HSBC ...)
Don't know if its significant (JD sold everything ?)
