A different number in the new constitution, but almost the same as before.
Maybe there is something different regarding on market proportionnal takeovers.
I noticed that they say that :
"A copy of the Proposed Constitution is available for review by Shareholders at the Company’s website https://www.4dsmemory.com/ "
But the only constitution available on 4DS website is the old constitution amended in 2019.
No copy of the proposed new constitution.
