It's because not being a KMP anymore.

Yout must look to the Top 20 at the end of the report to have his holding : 45 Milions shares.

But that was at the end of august.
No updated Top 20 for October in the last version of the Annual report.

So, technicaly, he could have sold between August and October. Nobody knows.

Or he might have bought 19 millions shares (and he is still under the 5% threshold). We don't know.


I suspect they didn't bother to update the Top 20 and just copy and past the august Annual report.

Some administrative fatigue is showing imo. End of the road ?
