Well that is not totally correct. Annually any trading by KMPs is required to be disclosed in the audited remuneration report. So it will certainly become public information. I have seen companies where executives (non directors) do disclose participation as a show of confidence in the capital raise. Eventually the information will be available publicly but will be too late to influence confidence in the raise.
