I'll be voting a big yes to Kens issue of options (resolution 1). Kens a quality operator with a wealth of experience and is an industry veteran with a huge network. He's a great hire by 4DS and we need someone like him to steer the ship at this phase of the company.

I would suggest that anyone else that wants a sale in the next year should consider voting the same. Even if 4DS is the best tech since sliced bread, we can't just assume that "we will build it and they will come". We need someone who can talk the talk, leverage networks, and do the sales part to make our tech stand out agains the rest. GLTA
