Why should we ratify this issue before the AGM in November if ACW says that they now have enough cash to get thru to the interim analysis of XanaMIA? Surely it does not need to be done before the AGM which would be held in November 24 well before mid 2025! Can someone explain why this is necessary? The shares have been issued as they can under the limit that is allowed without shareholder approval. Why does the company now deem it necessary for shareholders to give them a refresh of this limit to do it again before the AGM?
