I don't believe that PL5 outcome was what they were aiming for. I just hope they got enough learnings not to make the same mistake again. They didn't announce failure of PL5 because they were able to spin it scruffy style. So we wait in a vacuum with the line "are we there yet" constantly rolling through our sub conscience like a long road trip.
