I don’t understand the obsession with DM buying shares on market.
If he buys on market, he is buying by using the money received from his pay packet from us shareholders, not his hard earned (as he has not earned any of his pay packet from 4DS).
If he buys on market let’s answer a few questions.
Does this make him a competent leader ? NO
Does he understand the technology even working with the team for many years? NO
Does he have the interests of shareholders at the forefront of his mind? NO
Is he able to complete a further CR at a premium? NO
Will he be able to discuss the intricacies of the tech and the true value to possible acquirers ? NO
Is he buying on market for the sole reason of trying to save his job? YES
If he buys on market it does not change the fact in the slightest that he should not be in this role.
We need someone in this role that instills some confidence to shareholders.
