Tim was clearly asked "so i want to be clear, will you be submitting (the study) next week. are you ready"
To which he said "YES, all the documents are ready to go." - 3 weeks ago.
Additionally, were we not told we would have it last NOVEMBER !? 4 months ago.

Never the less, in my opinion, if the study isnt out tomorrow morning, we will hit 3.2 or lower tomorrow. Yes that means i believe the 4 mill and 6 mill buyer lines will get wiped clean and we will eventually hit sub 3c by end of week.
