Mate she's a nobody that was brought on at the start when IXR was still building, clearly she wasn't providing the value the board was paying her for and unfortunately she has a contract that is legally binding and compensation is needed to be provided.
A disagreement in direction likely, but who's she to tell those more experienced in the RareEarths sector of mining what direction to take?
I understand your initial frustation and reaction, as in most other stocks a director leaving is a bit funny; but she was only a brought on for US connections and those can be found anywhere really in today's age. It's not a big deal, just a crappy payout though.
