The company can't afford to wait around to just let her go. Best pull the band aid and get it done. From what I've seen she's been non-existent. Nothing defence related has been shared by the company. You visit her LinkedIn page and clearly shows little interest in anything rare earth related. We hired her with a great resume but she hasn't suited what IXR is doing. She obviously thought she was doing fine and probably upset at being cut. IXR wants to see her off with no hard feelings. I'm sure IXR have someone or eyeing off someone to replace her. Tim currently in the US working hard for us shareholders. Maybe even about to meet/chat with a new director. He's been non stop travelling the last 12 months. There's always gonna be hiccups along the way.
