    I was actually burned in the Firefinch debacle unfortunately (no pun intended) - But I'm not hugely upset or uncomfortable with Jill leaving, it's not so much of a red flag.

    I do however want to know about this process, because I don't recall similar packages going to a vote in my limited experience. Sorry if this is overly ignorant, and may well be given I don't think anyone has asked this yet, but why does this go to a vote?

    Firstly - Surely it's an obligation in line with severing the relationship as per a contract, or why would she be paid out at all?

    Secondly - Why would we vote yes? If she's left in a huff she won't be singing IXR's praises regardless.
    • Someone mentioned that it's not like she can go around trashing the company and revealing confidential information regardless, what are the consequences if we vote no.

    This should be made clear to people if it's something we are expected to vote on.
