Mr Sharp and miss Harvey
110,392 shares EACH that they can buy for $3.32 and they have
5 years to buy them from the date issued.
and a whopping 755,671
options for Mr Clarke Bruce to buy at $3.30 same timeframe
Is that correct
Only thing good about it is the money goes to the company when they buy the options.
but 5 years I'm not happy about should be 1 to 2 years max.
Also once Bruce buys his total that's when it will get exciting as a buy out deal will come.
If he does not buy his options can't see him pushing for big pharmaceutical to buy out RAC
Till he buys the options
