Hi Pman from my original suspicion and also from Glyns reply I will have to disagree with you here. The specific hurdle of a 'third party' licensing agreement rules out any implications from the original hurdles set out in 2014. This is completely seperate to the 2014 hurdles and takes into consideration the additional relationship that management have established, it is clear that they see a licensing agreement being signed before the end of 2018 from this particular 3rd party
