Hi Glyn,

I am concerned about the conflicting wording used in the Notice of AGM for milestone 2 of resolutions 4,5,6. In Annexure E under "performance rights valuation model assumptions", Milestone 2 includes the words "in a category other than skincare, beauty or grooming". However, under resolution 4,5,6, this phrase is excluded.

Which statement is correct, and do you need to amend the Notice to correct the wording?

Hi XXX,

The Milestone 2 is as stated and that is we are excluding the area of P&G in Beauty Care which of course we are working hard on to get additional licenses under the existing PDA but we felt that this should be excluded from the assessment even though additional licenses we are hoping to conclude there over time. That then is fair on everyone.
