Quite clear Galaxy were supportive of the arrangement which had largely been formatted to restructure the debt, however the debt holders pulled the plug at the last minute.
I understand to prevent claims against them AJM could not name these note-holders that apparently sabotaged the debt restructure at the point it was largely laid out.
Does anyone know who this debt holder was? I would like to put them in my little black book of "no-go entities".
