Couldn't the new entity do there own ASX listing rather than go through IAM's back door acquisition method.
IMO current s/holders have been utterly gutted with the 80:1 consolidation that was probably needed and/or requested by the new entity ,,,, imo, to me ....doesn't that look or sound something like a warning sign
