He is the former MD of Delta Lithium (DLI), with whom RR1 did the earn-in and JV agreement which was announced on 11 March. The 25,000,000 options we are being asked to ratify were issued to him on 11 March. He is also on a monthly retainer to RR1.
I have been a DLI shareholder for some time, including some during David Flanagan's leadership. He's been very successful in the past, and my personal assessment is that he is very bright and knows the WA mining industry extremely well - and he is likewise well known. He's quite the performer on stage - he puts on a real show when promoting his company. Loved by many DLI shareholders here on HC, who refer to him as "Flano" and miss him.
Frankly, I think he's a good addition as an advisor alongside JB, for whom I have some admiration for his commitment, focus and sleeves-rolled-up attitude. I'm personally very pleased with JB as our MD, but think he may benefit from Flano's advice and support.
