I would like to ask questions of the AGM (1) concerning protection of IP from theft given that Foxconn must have Communist party members within its structure and (2) whether any members of Uscom's staff and/or Board are members of the Communist party.
I would like to know:
1. Am I being paranoid about concerns of intellectual theft?
2. How do you ask questions of the AGM ahead of schedule? The Shareholders' letter asks for the questions to be submitted early but does not say how to do that, which may be deliberate of course so that no questions get asked.
What are your thoughts? I encourage all posters to ask questions of the AGM. With the share price where it is I think that the Board and management owe us some answers.
