Hopefully the artisanal on the leases have had a ripper year and are sitting on $1m cash so they can put in a T/O offer because nobody else will given this constant demoralizing messaging. Everybody expects that the next cap raise will be pissed away just like the last. Will end up at zero value soon under this management team.
If I hear that I.C. is best location line once more...
