braunic, make sure that the name you write on your Computershare transfer document is the same that appears on the Computershare registry. i.e. If your middle name appears on the Computershare docs then it should be inserted onto the transfer doc as well.
My understanding is the DI Issuance from Computershare cannot take place until after the shares are de-listed next week.
