"The Company is pleased to note that ASIC has now formally confirmed that Extract shareholders will have an opportunity to consider an offer on equivalent terms to Kalahari shareholders, if Taurus receives acceptances of the Kalahari Offer in respect of more than 50% of the voting rights in Kalahari. ASIC’s decision ensures that Extract shareholders will not be disadvantaged."

"The Independent Extract Directors are working with Extract’s advisers, Rothschild and Clayton Utz, to carefully assess the details of the proposed Extract offer and will consider all available alternatives for maximising shareholder value before making a formal recommendation to Extract shareholders.
