as a NON Share Holder, don't be too concerned. Its not crazy!!!
If I buy one share for $2.50, I will also get the FREE option. So in essence I will have 2 shares for the $2.50. I will not need to fund the option for 2 years, by which time I will know if the shares are above $2.50 & if I want to either convert them or sell them.
It means I don't have to pay for 2 shares now, but I can have the benifit of having 2 shares. Then decide later if the price justifies keeping them and making a profit,

Time will be the deciding factor here, and we have plenty of time to make a decision, DYOR, just my thoughts,
