Thanks petroviski - as a CDU observer, I think you've nailed it.

It's fairly simple.

It is only as what you have put, or have I missed something.

I think it's confused a number of HC posters. NB. the record date is the 26/11.

Has anyone thought why an underwritten SPP was not released, as in comparison to a rights issue?

I agree with others regarding the volatility index - it's a shame that CDU is akin to WW2 or a deep pool of conspiracies on HC - because of this, so many simplicities are lost.

CDU is wanting to transfer from explorer to producer. How's tthe relevant chart looking?

Perhaps read the prospectus. :)

The awful truth is that CDU is under immense scrutiny - microscopic silliness- from so many who are IMO, lost in the woods.

As another would say, it is what it is.
