You should vote in Joe Demase & Michael Wilton into CNW;
I invested in WCG at $1.353 per share and later at $0.44 per share whIch fell off a cliff down to $0.04 due to a weak management team. I had 6 figures invested. This was hard to stomach. When 5GN saved the company from being delisted and sold to Web.com i was very nervous like other shareholders.
Personally i was at risk of losing a huge amount of my hard earned ca$h. One year later the new board has demonstrated success to me with actions and I'm now 100% confident in the future.
CNW board is not successful. CNW can benefit from supply chain synergies alone with WCG rackspace. It's a no brainer for all shareholders. If you don't get it just sell before anxious fluctuations occur during the change over.
