    Webcentral intends to continue acquiringadditional shares in Cirrus up the statutory limit of 20% and then shareholders will probably VOTE FOR CHANGE ON FRIDAY 15 OCTOBER as shareholders have everything to gain and nothing to lose from the board change. Or the shareholders vote against and WCG dumps the stock as it's only $5m
